The most convenient way is using our online or mobile banking system through the My Air application. It is intuitive and convenient, letting you take care of almost anything you can think of. See for yourself.
If you come to our branch and want to make sure that we understand each other in all respects, bring along someone who knows your language and ours as well. Without an ’interpreter’, we cannot guarantee to fulfil all your expectations. With an interpreter things will be smoother.
If you ever want to call us, please use the verification feature in our My Air mobile application. If you cannot speak Czech, we cannot verify your identity and we cannot help you without being sure who we are talking to. If you use the verification feature of the application, your identity can be verified with a single tap on the telephone display.
Simply click on the Application (Aplikace) tab in the Settings (Nastavení) section and then click on Add telephone or tablet (Přidat telefon nebo tablet). Then set the option of verification through the mobile application to on. You will find it at Settings / Security / Signatures (Nastavení / Zabezpečení / Podepisování). Just tick Mobile Application (Mobilní aplikace) and it is done.
